: (1) If the explanation is not submitted within the period given to submit the explanation as per rule 4.3 or if the explanation submitted is not satisfactory, the person should be given at least fifteen days to submit an explanation in that regard as to why the name of such person should not be removed from the register. Deadline will be given.
(2) For giving an opportunity to submit an explanation according to sub-rule (1), the concerned pharmacy practitioner shall also submit an explanation within the deadline. 4.6
